services: guix: Add guix-build-coordinator-agent cache directory. 

As this is needed when substituting derivations.

* gnu/services/guix.scm (guix-build-coordinator-agent-shepherd-services): Set
XDG_CACHE_HOME.
(guix-build-coordinator-agent-activation): Create
/var/cache/guix-build-coordinator-agent.
