vpn-slice expects commands "ip" and "iptables" to be found according to FHS paths. * gnu/packages/vpn.scm (vpn-slice)[arguments]: Include inputs "iproute" and "iptables" and patch "vpn_slice/linux.py" to use correct locations in the store.
