gnu: Switch from randrproto to xorgproto.

* gnu/packages/mate.scm (mate-control-center, mate-screensaver)[inputs]:
Remove RANDRPROTO.
* gnu/packages/xorg.scm (libxrandr, xorg-server)[inputs]: Likewise.
(randrproto)[properties]: Mark as superseded by XORGPROTO.
