gnu: coreutils: Update broken tests for the Hurd.

* gnu/packages/base.scm (coreutils)[arguments]: When compiling for the Hurd,
remove hanging "timeout-group" test.  Remove tests "shred-passes", "l-chunk"
and "stats" from XFAIL_TESTS, they pass now.
