gnu: openscad: Add patch to fix build.

* gnu/packages/patches/openscad-parser-boost-1.72.patch: New file.
* gnu/local.mk (dist_patch_DATA): Add it.
* gnu/packages/engineering.scm (openscad)[source]: Use it.
