distro: gnutls: Adjust to the latest version.

* gnu/packages/gnutls.scm (gnutls): Remove the #:parallel-build?
  argument, which is no longer needed.  Remove the commented-out LZO
  input, since GnuTLS no longer supports it since 3.0.0.
