gnu: rust-bootstrap: Remove aarch64 as a supported architecture. 

This is so that we can merge the branch, building rust for aarch64-linux
on CI is very time intensive.

* gnu/packages/rust.scm (rust-bootstrap)[supported-systems]: Remove
aarch64-linux.
