hash: sha256 port now implements 'port-position'.

* guix/hash.scm (open-sha256-port)[position]: New variable.
[get-position]: New procedure.
Pass it to 'make-custom-binary-output-port'.
* tests/hash.scm ("open-sha256-port, hello"): Test 'port-position'.
