graft: Perform grafts with guile-final.

* guix/build/graft.scm (rewrite-directory): Rewrite store directories in
individual files sequentially.
(exit-on-exception): Remove procedure.
* guix/packages.scm (guile-for-grafts): Switch to guile-final.
