emacs: Add wrappers for 'history-size' and 'revert-confirm'.

* emacs/guix-base.el (guix-buffer-history-size): New procedure.
  (guix-buffer-define-interface): Use it in the mode definition.
  (guix-buffer-revert-confirm?): New procedure.
  (guix-revert-buffer): Use it.
