[propagated-inputs]: Add PYTHON-COLORAMA and PYTHON-CUCUMBER-TAG-EXPRESSIONS. * gnu/packages/patches/behave-skip-a-couple-of-tests.patch: Delete file. * gnu/local.mk (dist_patch_DATA): Adjust accordingly.
