* gnu/packages/bioconductor.scm (r-screpertoire): Update to 2.0.0.
[propagated-inputs]: Remove r-doparallel, r-powertcr, and r-vegan; add r-cubature,
r-evmix, r-ggdendro, r-hash, r-inext, r-quantreg, r-rcpp, r-rjson,
r-s4vectors, r-truncdist, and r-vgam.
