ui: Move hyperlink facilities to (guix colors).

* guix/ui.scm (supports-hyperlinks?, file-hyperlink, hyperlink): Move to...
* guix/colors.scm: ... here.
* guix/scripts/home.scm, guix/scripts/system.scm,
guix/scripts/system/search.scm: Adjust imports accordingly.
