gnu: bash-completion: Remove util-linux overrides. 

These completions are deprecated or removed upstream, and
bash-completion defers to upstream completions.

* gnu/packages/bash.scm (bash-completion)[native-inputs]: Remove field.
[arguments]: Remove field.
