doc: Clarify 'hurd-vm' and 'childhurd' names.

Suggested by Maxim Cournoyer via IRC.

* doc/guix.texi (The Hurd in a Virtual Machine): Explicitly mention that
hurd-vm and childhurd are two names for this service.
