Upgrade Nix worker protocol. 

We were already relying on the new version in `set-build-options', so
this patch fixes that.

* guix/store.scm (%protocol-version): Increase.
  (open-connection)[reserve-space?]: New argument.  Pass it to the
  server when it's recent enough.
