gnu: qt@4: Hide the default GCC from CPLUS_INCLUDE_PATH. 

* gnu/packages/qt.scm (qt-4)[native-inputs]: Distinguish GCC-5.
[arguments]: Add phase to hide the default GCC from CPLUS_INCLUDE_PATH to fix
conflicting headers.
