gnu: valgrind: Mark as not supported for armhf-linux. 

From the build log:
  checking for a supported CPU... no (arm)
  configure: error: Unsupported host architecture. Sorry

* gnu/packages/valgrind.scm (valgrind)[supported-systems]: Remove armhf-linux.
