gnu: python-mysqlclient: Remove unused inputs. 

* gnu/packages/databases.scm (python-mysqlclient)[native-inputs]: Remove.
[inputs]: Remove ZLIB and OPENSSL.
[arguments]: Explicitly set #:tests? as it was a no-op before.
