gnu: cmh: Update to 1.1.1.

* gnu/packages/algebra.scm (cmh): Update to 1.1.1.
* gnu/packages/patches/cmh-support-fplll.patch: Remove file.
* gnu/local.mk (dist_patch_DATA): Adjust accordingly.
