doc: contributing: Clarify generating the pre-inst-env script.

Lack of clarity reported by lrustland on IRC.

* doc/contributing.texi (Running Guix Before It Is Installed): Refer to
the Building from Git section when giving instructions for generating
the pre-inst-env script.
