avahi: Remove poll timeout when possible. 

Fixes <https://issues.guix.gnu.org/45314>.

* guix/avahi.scm (avahi-browse-service-thread): Change timeout default value
to false when no "stop-loop?" procedure is passed. Adapt "iterate-simple-poll"
call accordingly.
