gnu: guile: Disable unreliable out-of-memory test
* gnu/packages/patches/guile-2.2-skip-oom-test.patch: New file.
* gnu/local.mk (dist_patch_DATA): Adjust accordingly.
* gnu/packages/guile.scm (guile-2.2)[source](patches): Add
"guile-2.2-skip-oom-test.patch".
