Add 'move-static-libs' phase. * gnu/packages/commencement.scm (static-bash-for-glibc): Augment #:configure-flags to pass "-L LIBC:STATIC". Add the "static" output of GLIBC-FINAL to 'inputs'. (%boot2-inputs, %final-inputs): Likewise.
