gnu: ruby-importmap-rails: Remove ruby-byebug dependency. 
byebug is for Ruby 2, so it's good to move away from using it.

* gnu/packages/rails.scm (ruby-importmap-rails)[arguments]: Remove byebug from
Gemfile.
[native-inputs]: Remove ruby-byebug.
