[source]: Add and remove patches. * gnu/packages/patches/aws-c-auth-install-private-headers.patch: New file. * gnu/packages/patches/aws-c-auth-cmake-prefix.patch, gnu/packages/patches/aws-c-auth-disable-networking-tests.patch: Delete files. * gnu/local.mk: Add and remove them.
