* gnu/local.mk (dist_patch_DATA): Register it.
* gnu/packages/gtk.scm (gtk): Update to 4.4.1.
[origin]: Apply new patch.
[phases]{pre-check}: Set TZDIR.
[native-inputs]: Add graphene, python-pygobject and tzdata.
