* gnu/packages/patches/guile-3.0-linux-syscalls.patch,
gnu/packages/patches/guile-3.0-relocatable.patch: New files.
* gnu/local.mk (dist_patch_DATA): Adjust accordingly.  Move all Guile patches
together while at it.
