glibc is named "cross-libc" instead of "libc" when cross-compiling. Smalltalk
still fails to cross-compile though.
* gnu/packages/smalltalk.scm
  (smalltalk)[arguments]{phases}<#:fix-libc>: Also search for
  "cross-libc" instead of only "libc" in 'inputs'.
